Australia: Launch of 100% recycled PET plastic wine bottles

The Australian market has launched a debut of eco-bottles made entirely of recycled PET plastic to help reshape the carbon footprint of the wine sector. The bottles are reportedly 83% lighter and their slimmer, flatter profile will allow twice as many bottles to fit into a standard wine case, allowing in turn for more efficient transportation.
