Il Ministero della Salute e del Benessere Familiare indiano (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India-FSSAI) ha pubblicato modifiche normative che introducono nuove definizioni relative alle bevande pronte al consumo (ready-to-drink), ai “country liquor”, all’idromele e alle bevande a base di vino, unitamente ad emendamenti che stabiliscono requisiti aggiuntivi per i vini alla frutta, le birre artigianali e le RTD. Le modifiche entreranno in vigore il 1° gennaio 2026.
