We offer warm congratulations to John Barker on his election as the next OIV Director-General during the 21st OIV General Assembly on 09 June 2023.
We would also like to thank the current Director-General, Pau Roca, for his dedicated service and on a job well-done.
John's mandate will begin in January 2024, the “International Year of Vine and Wine,” when the OIV will celebrate its hundredth anniversary!
