He also discusses the main categories of wine certification in the United States, including sustainable, organic, biodynamic, Certified B Corp, and Regenerative Organic Certified, and whether certification schemes in Europe are roughly equivalent to those in the United States.
He notes the total increase in certified organic vineyards has increased globally 13% annually since 2005.
