Russia - Ministry Announces Legislation for Online Alcohol Sales

 The Russian Ministry of Finance has submitted legislation that would pave the way for alcohol sales in the Russian Federation on the internet. The proposed legislation would initially allow producers and wholesale distributors to do business via the internet and might possibly extend permission to retailers as well.
