Ukraine - MUP Under Consideration: The Ukrainian Government is proposing to increase the minimum unit price (MUP) for wine and spirits. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has drafted legislation that would increase the minimum retail price (MRP) for certain alcohol beverages, which were last increased in September 2018. The MRP for vodka would go up by 10.7%, 7.3% for whiskey, rum, and gin, between 9.1% and 9.5% for brandy, and between 7.4% and 10.2% for wine.
